Paloma is Spanish and is a graduate of University Complutense De Madrid and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Madrid Bar association and also as a practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
After qualifying as a Spanish solicitor Paloma spent a number of years practising overseas before returning to Spain in 2004 and setting up Malaga Law Solicitors.
Paloma, fluent in English and also a practising English solicitor, clearly explains to clients differences between UK/Irish law and Spanish law and ensures clients are kept informed at every stage as the matter progresses.
Paloma is regularly instructed by UK/Irish solicitors and is independently regarded as an expert on multi-jurisdictional matters and regularly publishes articles on areas of Spanish Law relevant to foreign domiciled individuals.
