The international reputation of Malaga Law Solicitors and that of its professionals leave the firm open to all forms of unauthorised copying, fraud and bogus firms claiming to be associated or in some way linked to us.
Cloning of web sites is an increasing security problem with fraudsters (mostly Nigerian) taking the identity of banks, professional firms and individuals and then sending unsolicited communications in both traditional mail and email format purporting to be from the firm or in some way associated with the firm.
We monitor the situation on a daily basis and work with the appropriate authorities to shut down any bogus web sites and telephone numbers given but all this does take time.
We have become aware of the businesses listed below and any person receiving unsolicited letters, phonecalls or email communications should immediately report the matter to their local police and in no way enter into any direct communication or release any personal details. Anyone with a query as to the authenticity of any communication should email info@malagalaw.com
