Below we have provided details of all our standard fees and we will also be happy to provide more detailed quotes if requested to do so.

CONVEYANCING FEES
Conveyancing fees vary depending on the type of property, whether it is a purchase or sale transaction, whether there is a mortgage involved, and the price of the property in question.

At Malaga Law Solicitors we do not apply the standard 1% + VAT scale fee. Our conveyancing fees start with a minimum fee of EUR1,500.

Malaga law Solicitors will provide fixed fee quotes for all probate matters and unlike other Spanish law firms we do not charge any upfront fees and are always willing to wait until assets have been realised.
