Malaga Law was set up in June 2005 primarily to provide legal services to British and Irish clients in Spain.

We are a modern, innovative, English speaking firm of solicitors. English is the language of our practice and the principal of the practice is admitted as a Solicitor in Spain and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

We are a full service practice and act for clients over a broad range of matters. We provide professional services of the highest standard, regularly going beyond the scope of the assignment and doing everything possible to assist clients with the bureaucracy that is ever present in the Spanish legal and tax systems. We aim to always exceed our clients' expectations.

As a client of Malaga Law you will receive advice that takes into account the laws and tax regulations of your home country and those of Spain. We will clearly explain to you any differences between Spanish law and procedure and that of your home country.

Those contemplating purchasing property in Spain should contact us as soon as possible. Don't wait until you have found your dream property or signed a reservation contract and already paid over your holding deposit as these contracts may well contain provisions that are not in your favour and may well set out a timeframe which will not allow you sufficient time to do complete land and building consent searches.

Our practice covers the Costa Del Sol from Nerja to Gibraltar and we are always willing to meet at times and places that are convenient to you.

All initial consultations are fee of charge and any fees thereafter will always be agreed with you in advance.
